The project

Made as both a gift and a record of a personal fitness milestone, Naked Glass needed to celebrate the body without flattening Chris into a conventional fitness image.

The approach

I photographed between open, candid moments and quieter constructed frames. Mirrors, old textured glass and shifting daylight let the room distort the body, creating a series that can feel joyful, sensual and melancholic from one image to the next.

What remained

The final set is personal without being private, and visually varied without losing the sense of one afternoon in one familiar space.
